Ingredients
- 150g Basmati Rice
- 200ml Coconut Milk
- 2 EL Sugar
- 1 TL Cinnamon
- 30g Almonds
- 30g Raisins
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- 2. Heat coconut milk and sugar in a pot until the sugar dissolves.
- 3. Add rice to the coconut milk and mix well.
- 4. Add cinnamon, almonds, and raisins, stir well.
- 5. Let it simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
- 6. Serve warm.
