Ingredients
- 240 ml coconut milk
- 1 egg
- 150 g flour
- 30 g sugar
- 10 g baking powder
- 1 Prise salt
- 50 g shredded coconut
- nach Geschmack honey
Instructions
- 1. Combine coconut milk, egg, and honey in a bowl.
- 2. In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, shredded coconut, and salt.
- 3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
- 4. Heat a pan and add a bit of oil.
- 5. Portion out the batter and fry the pancakes in the pan until golden brown.
- 6. Serve with honey and shredded coconut.
