Ingredients
- 4 Rice Paper
- 50 Carrots
- 50 Cucumber
- 1 Palm Sugar
- 30 Peanuts
- 2 Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Slice carrots and cucumbers into thin strips.
- 2. Soak rice paper in warm water.
- 3. Place rice paper on a clean plate.
- 4. Arrange vegetables on rice paper and sprinkle with palm sugar.
- 5. Roll up the paper and fold in the sides.
- 6. Serve with peanuts and soy sauce.
