🥗 Classic Pierogi with Potatoes and Cheese

Ingredients
- 200g Flour
- 100ml Water
- 300g Potatoes
- 150g Cottage Cheese
- 1 Onion
- 30g butter
Instructions
- 1. Boil the potatoes, mash them and mix with cottage cheese.
- 2. Sauté onion in butter and add to the mixture.
- 3. Knead flour and water into a dough and roll it out thinly.
- 4. Cut out circles, place the filling and seal the edges well.
- 5. Cook in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
- 6. Serve with fried onions.
