🥗 Classic Nice Bowl with High-Protein Tuna and Dijon Mayonnaise

Ingredients
- 400 g Tuna fillet (natural)
- 400 g Potatoes (waxy)
- 150 g Fava beans (in water, drained)
- 4 Stück Eggs (Class M)
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 80 g Olives (black, pitted)
- 40 ml Dijon Mayonnaise
- 20 ml Olive oil (virgin)
- 10 ml Balsamic vinegar (aged)
- 4 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper (ground)
- 10 g Basil (fresh)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into equal-sized quarters.
- 2. Cook the potato pieces in salted water for about 15 minutes until tender.
- 3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool completely.
- 4. Boil the eggs in a pot of water for exactly 9 minutes until hard-boiled.
- 5. Cut the cooled eggs into quarters and set aside.
- 6. Sear the tuna in a pan with some olive oil for 3 minutes per side.
- 7. Cut the tuna into thin strips.
- 8. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- 9. Mix the Dijon mayonnaise with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- 10. Prepare 4 containers and divide potatoes, beans, tomatoes, olives, eggs, and tuna evenly.
- 11. Pour the sauce over the bowls and top with fresh basil.
