  1. 1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into equal-sized quarters.
  2. 2. Cook the potato pieces in salted water for about 15 minutes until tender.
  3. 3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool completely.
  4. 4. Boil the eggs in a pot of water for exactly 9 minutes until hard-boiled.
  5. 5. Cut the cooled eggs into quarters and set aside.
  6. 6. Sear the tuna in a pan with some olive oil for 3 minutes per side.
  7. 7. Cut the tuna into thin strips.
  8. 8. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  9. 9. Mix the Dijon mayonnaise with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  10. 10. Prepare 4 containers and divide potatoes, beans, tomatoes, olives, eggs, and tuna evenly.
  11. 11. Pour the sauce over the bowls and top with fresh basil.
