Ingredients
- 4 tortillas
- 200 chicken breast
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 cheese (shredded)
- 150 chili sauce
Instructions
- 1. Boil and shred the chicken.
- 2. Sauté onions and tomatoes.
- 3. Fill tortillas with the chicken mixture.
- 4. Place enchiladas in a baking dish and top with chili sauce.
- 5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- 6. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
