🍅 Classic Burrata Bruschetta with Tomato

Ingredients
- 250 g Baguette
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 250 g Burrata cheese
- 10 g Basil
- 40 ml Olive oil
- 3 g Salt
- 10 ml Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius convection heat.
- 2. Slice the baguette into slices of approx. 1.5 cm thickness.
- 3. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast them until crispy for 5 minutes.
- 4. Wash the cherry tomatoes and halve them. Mix them with half of the olive oil, salt, and chopped basil.
- 5. Cut the burrata into portion-sized pieces or squeeze it out.
- 6. Brush the toasted bread with the remaining olive oil.
- 7. Place a portion of burrata on each slice of bread and distribute the tomato mixture on top.
- 8. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the bruschetta and serve immediately.
