  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius convection heat.
  2. 2. Slice the baguette into slices of approx. 1.5 cm thickness.
  3. 3. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast them until crispy for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Wash the cherry tomatoes and halve them. Mix them with half of the olive oil, salt, and chopped basil.
  5. 5. Cut the burrata into portion-sized pieces or squeeze it out.
  6. 6. Brush the toasted bread with the remaining olive oil.
  7. 7. Place a portion of burrata on each slice of bread and distribute the tomato mixture on top.
  8. 8. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the bruschetta and serve immediately.
