  1. 1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat milk, cream, and sugar in a pot almost to boiling, but do not let it boil.
  3. 3. Squeeze the gelatin well and stir it into the hot milk mixture until completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Grate the zest of one lemon finely and juice both lemons. Stir this into the cream.
  5. 5. Pour the mixture into 4 small molds or glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  6. 6. Unmold the panna cotta onto plates and decorate with fresh berries.
