🍋 Lemon Panna Cotta with Berries

Ingredients
- 500 ml UHT Milk
- 250 ml Heavy Cream
- 12 g Gelatin
- 80 g Sugar
- 2 Stk. Organic Lemon
- 150 g Blackberries
Instructions
- 1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes.
- 2. Heat milk, cream, and sugar in a pot almost to boiling, but do not let it boil.
- 3. Squeeze the gelatin well and stir it into the hot milk mixture until completely dissolved.
- 4. Grate the zest of one lemon finely and juice both lemons. Stir this into the cream.
- 5. Pour the mixture into 4 small molds or glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- 6. Unmold the panna cotta onto plates and decorate with fresh berries.
