🥧 Citrus Custard Tarts

Ingredients
- 1 Rolle Puff pastry
- 60 ml Lemon juice
- 1 Stk Lemon (zest)
- 3 Stk Eggs
- 100 g Sugar
- 30 g Butter
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Prick holes in muffin tins and line with puff pastry strips to form tart shells.
- 3. Pre-bake the shells for 8 minutes until golden brown.
- 4. Whisk the eggs, sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- 5. Stir the lemon zest into the custard mixture.
- 6. Pour the cream into the pre-baked shells and bake for 15 minutes.
- 7. Cut butter into small cubes and place them immediately on the hot tarts.
