Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast fillet
- 2 Esslöffel Olive oil
- 2 Esslöffel Lemon (juice)
- 2 Zeen Garlic (pressed)
- 1 Teelöffel Paprika powder (sweet)
- nach Bedarf Salt and pepper
- 150 g Arugula
- 20 g Parmesan shavings
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicken breast fillet and cut into bite-sized cubes (approx. 2-3 cm).
- 2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, pressed garlic, paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Marinate the chicken cubes in the mixture and let them sit for 5 minutes.
- 4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and fry the chicken cubes until crispy, approx. 3-4 minutes per side.
- 5. Place a layer of arugula on a large plate.
- 6. Place the warm chicken bites on the arugula and garnish with parmesan shavings.
