🥪 Cinnamon French Toast

Ingredients
- 4 Scheiben bread (e.g. brioche)
- 2 egg
- 120 ml milk
- 15 g sugar
- 1 TL cinnamon
- 20 g butter
- nach Geschmack maple syrup
- zum Bestäuben powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- 2. Dip the bread into the mixture, ensuring it's well soaked.
- 3. Heat a pan and melt butter in it.
- 4. Fry the soaked bread until golden brown on each side.
- 5. Serve with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
