Ingredients
- 300 g Wheat flour
- 200 ml Water
- 7 g Dry yeast
- 1,5 TL Salt
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, dry yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- 2. Add water and olive oil and knead to a smooth dough.
- 3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- 4. Place the dough on a floured surface and divide into two pieces.
- 5. Gently flatten the pieces and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 25-30 minutes.
