🍝 Vegetable Chow Mein

Ingredients
- 200 g Chow Mein noodles
- 100 g Carrots
- 100 g Bell pepper
- 100 g Broccoli
- 3 EL Soy sauce
- 1 EL Sesame oil
- 2 Spring onions
- 1 Stück (ca. 1 cm) Ginger
Instructions
- 1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- 2. Slice the vegetables into thin strips.
- 3. Heat sesame oil and grated ginger in a pan.
- 4. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
- 5. Add the noodles and soy sauce, and mix well.
- 6. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
