  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
  2. 2. Mix the cauliflower with half of the olive oil, the paprika powder, and half of the salt. Spread it on a baking sheet.
  3. 3. Roast the cauliflower in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. 4. Squeeze the juice of the lemon and mix it with the remaining olive oil, the pressed garlic, and the remaining salt.
  5. 5. Add the drained chickpeas and the roasted cauliflower to a bowl. Add the dressing and mix. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over it.
