Ingredients
- 200 g Chorizo sausage
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell pepper
- handvoll Cilantro
- 4 tortillas
- 1 Lime
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 Prise Spices of choice
Instructions
- 1. Fry chorizo in a pan.
- 2. Add onion and bell pepper and sauté.
- 3. Heat tortillas while cooking.
- 4. Fill tortillas with chorizo mixture.
- 5. Serve with cilantro and lime juice.
