1. Beat the butter together with the tahini, sugar, and a pinch of salt until creamy. Stir in the eggs one by one into the mixture. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a separate bowl and gently fold this dry mixture into the butter-egg mixture.
2. Line two baking sheets with baking paper. Place the dough in large spaces on the sheets by putting one tablespoon of dough as a dollop on each.
3. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius conventional heat (160 degrees Celsius fan-forced or gas level 2 to 3) for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove the trays, lift the baking paper with the cookies off the tray, and let them cool down completely.
4. Roughly chop the white chocolate and melt it over a bowl of hot water. Decorate the cooled cookies as you like with the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and let the chocolate harden.
