🍫 Simple Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- 200 g Dark Chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- 4 Stk Eggs (Size M, separated)
- 40 g Sugar
- 200 ml Heavy Cream
Instructions
- 1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it gently in a double boiler.
- 2. Let the melted chocolate cool down slightly until it is lukewarm.
- 3. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
- 4. Whisk the egg yolks into the lukewarm chocolate.
- 5. Whip the heavy cream until stiff, but not too firm.
- 6. Whip the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form.
- 7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
- 8. Gently fold in the egg whites until the mixture is airy.
- 9. Fill the mousse into four glasses and place them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
