🍫 Classic Chocolate Mousse (without raw eggs)

Ingredients
- 200 g Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 500 ml Heavy Cream (30% fat)
- 30 g Sugar
- 1/2 Teelöffel Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- 1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it using a double boiler or microwave. Let it cool slightly.
- 2. Pour approx. 200 ml of the cold cream into a large bowl.
- 3. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Stir in the sugar and vanilla.
- 4. Mix the remaining 300 ml of cold cream with the melted chocolate until a smooth mass forms.
- 5. Gently fold the stiffly whipped cream into the chocolate mixture with a spoon, without deflating it.
- 6. Fill the mousse into 4 serving cups and place them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
