  2. 2. Fry the crêpe strips in a non-stick pan for 3 minutes until crispy.
  3. 3. Melt the broken chocolate and butter in a small pot over low heat.
  4. 4. Whisk the heavy cream into the melted chocolate mixture.
  5. 5. Spread a layer of chocolate sauce on the tray, cover with crêpe strips, and repeat until all crêpes are used.
  6. 6. Pour the remaining chocolate sauce over the top crêpe layer and sprinkle with hazelnuts.
  7. 7. Bake the whole dish for 10 minutes at 190 degrees in the oven until the surface bubbles.
