🍫 Chocolate Crispy Crêpe Galette

Ingredients
- 6 Crêpes (pre-baked)
- 150 g Dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 30 g Butter
- 50 g Hazelnuts (roasted and chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the crêpes into strips about 2 cm wide.
- 2. Fry the crêpe strips in a non-stick pan for 3 minutes until crispy.
- 3. Melt the broken chocolate and butter in a small pot over low heat.
- 4. Whisk the heavy cream into the melted chocolate mixture.
- 5. Spread a layer of chocolate sauce on the tray, cover with crêpe strips, and repeat until all crêpes are used.
- 6. Pour the remaining chocolate sauce over the top crêpe layer and sprinkle with hazelnuts.
- 7. Bake the whole dish for 10 minutes at 190 degrees in the oven until the surface bubbles.
