  1. 1. Mix flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl to form a smooth batter. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Lightly heat a non-stick pan and add a little butter. Pour a thin circle of batter into the pan and cook each crêpe for approx. 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown. Repeat for all crêpes.
  3. 3. Mix the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and whisk until stiff. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. 4. Place one crêpe on a plate, spread it with the cream mixture, and place another crêpe on top. Repeat this process with all crêpes until the 'cake' is tall.
  5. 5. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let it set. Slice before serving.
