🍰 Chocolate Chip Crêpe Cake

Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 300 ml milk
- 30 g sugar
- 30 g butter (melted)
- 30 g chocolate chips (for batter)
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 20 g powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl to form a smooth batter. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
- 2. Lightly heat a non-stick pan and add a little butter. Pour a thin circle of batter into the pan and cook each crêpe for approx. 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown. Repeat for all crêpes.
- 3. Mix the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and whisk until stiff. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- 4. Place one crêpe on a plate, spread it with the cream mixture, and place another crêpe on top. Repeat this process with all crêpes until the 'cake' is tall.
- 5. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let it set. Slice before serving.
