1. Put flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Stir in the sugar and mix well. Add rapeseed oil, quark, one egg, and 3 tablespoons of soy drink. Use the beaters of a hand mixer to process the ingredients into a smooth dough.
2. Gently fold the chocolate drops into the dough. Line a baking tray with baking paper. With hands lightly dusted with flour, shape 9 round buns from the dough and place them on the tray.
3. Brush the buns with soy drink. Bake them in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius conventional heat (fan 180 degrees; gas mark 3) for 12 to 15 minutes.
