Ingredients
- 300 g sushi rice
- 2 nori sheets
- 150 g raw fish (e.g. salmon)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 4 EL soy sauce
- 1 EL sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1. Prepare sushi rice according to packaging instructions.
- 2. Slice cucumber and avocado thinly.
- 3. Serve sushi rice in bowls.
- 4. Lay raw fish slices, cucumber, and avocado over the rice.
- 5. Cut nori sheets into pieces and sprinkle over.
- 6. Serve with soy sauce and sesame seeds.
