Ingredients
- 250g Ground beef
- 1 Stück Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Stück (rot) Bell pepper
- 400g Canned tomatoes
- 240g Kidney beans
- 150g Corn
- 1 EL Chili powder
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop onion and garlic.
- 2. Dice the bell pepper.
- 3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- 4. Add onion and garlic to the meat and sauté for 2 minutes.
- 5. Add paprika, canned tomatoes, beans, corn, and chili powder. Mix well and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
