Ingredients
- 300 Ground beef
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 400 Canned tomatoes
- 200 Kidney beans
- 2 Chili powder
- 2 Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot, sauté onion and garlic.
- 2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- 3. Dice bell pepper and add to the meat, sauté for another 5 minutes.
- 4. Add canned tomatoes and kidney beans, season with chili powder.
- 5. Let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
