Ingredients
- 4 Stück poblano peppers
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 Stück onion
- 2 Stück garlic cloves
- 2 Stück eggs
- 60 g breadcrumbs
- 200 ml tomato sauce
- 1 TL cumin
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 TL salt
Instructions
- 1. Roast, peel, and deseed peppers.
- 2. Mix cream cheese with onion, garlic, and spices.
- 3. Stuff peppers with filling and dip in eggs.
- 4. Fry in olive oil until golden brown.
- 5. Serve with tomato sauce.
