Ingredients
- 300 Beef
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2 Corn
- 1 Cumin
Instructions
- 1. Cut the beef into cubes and brown it.
- 2. Dice the onion, carrots and potatoes, then add them.
- 3. Add water and bring to a boil.
- 4. Add cumin and simmer on low heat.
- 5. Add corn to the stew and cook for 20 minutes.
- 6. Enjoy the cazuela hot with fresh bread.
