Ingredients
- 100 Pumpkin
- 200 Flour
- 1 Baking Powder
- 1 Salt
- 30 Olive Oil
- 1 Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Steam and puree the pumpkin.
- 2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and knead well.
- 3. Let the dough rest, then divide into small pieces.
- 4. Roll out the pieces and fry in a pan.
- 5. Drain on a kitchen towel.
- 6. Serve warm, often with chancaca syrup.
