🥗 Chilean Corn Pie

Ingredients
- 300g Corn
- 100g Cooked Ham
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 100ml Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 1 EL Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and bell pepper in olive oil.
- 2. Add cooked ham and sauté briefly.
- 3. Puree corn and mix with milk and eggs.
- 4. Place the ham-onion mixture in a baking dish.
- 5. Pour the corn mixture over and smooth the top.
- 6. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
