Ingredients
- 200g Ground Beef
- 1 Onion
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Harissa or Paprika
- 4 Stück Empanada Dough
- 2 Hard-Boiled Eggs
- 50g Olives
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion in olive oil.
- 2. Add ground beef and cook until done.
- 3. Stir in harissa or paprika and let cool.
- 4. Roll out the dough in a circle and place filling in the center.
- 5. Add olives and sliced eggs.
- 6. Fold the empanadas, press the edges, and bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
