Ingredients
- 200g Black Beans
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Onion
- 1 EL Cilantro
- 2 EL Lime Juice
- 1 EL Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse black beans and drain well.
- 2. Chop onion and tomato.
- 3. Combine ingredients in a bowl.
- 4. Add cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil.
- 5. Mix well and serve.
