Ingredients
- 400 chickpeas (canned)
- 4 taco shells
- 1 avocado
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 lime juice
- 1 cumin
- 0.5 salt
- 0.5 pepper
Instructions
- 1. Drain the chickpeas and place them in a bowl.
- 2. Season the chickpeas with cumin, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Heat the taco shells according to package instructions.
- 4. Fill the taco shells with chickpeas and top with avocado and tomatoes.
- 5. Drizzle with lime juice and serve.
