Ingredients
- 400 chickpeas (canned)
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 olive oil
- 2 lemon juice
- 0.5 salt
- 0.5 pepper
Instructions
- 1. Drain chickpeas and place in a bowl.
- 2. Dice cucumber, tomatoes, and onion and add.
- 3. Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- 4. Let it marinate briefly and serve.
