🍳 Chickpea Omelette with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 100g Chickpea flour
- 150ml Water
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 Onion
- 1 TL Cumin
Instructions
- 1. Mix chickpea flour with water until smooth.
- 2. Dice bell pepper, zucchini, and onion and fold in.
- 3. Add cumin and mix well.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and pour in the mixture.
- 5. Cook omelette until golden brown on one side, flip and cook other side.
- 6. Serve warm.
