  2. 2. Rinse the chickpeas and add them. Sprinkle curry powder and mix well.
  3. 3. Add coconut milk and let the curry simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Add spinach just before serving and let it wilt.
  5. 5. Cook the rice according to package instructions and serve with the curry.
