- 200 Chickpeas
- 1 avocado
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 Coriander
- 1 Lime
- 1 Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Drain chickpeas and place in a bowl.
- 2. Slice avocado and add.
- 3. Dice tomatoes and onion and add.
- 4. Chop coriander and sprinkle over the bowl.
- 5. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.
