Ingredients
- 250 Chicken breast
- 200 Broccoli
- 3 Peanut butter
- 2 Soy sauce
- 1 Honey
- 2 Olive oil
- 2 Garlic
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken breast into strips and sauté with olive oil.
- 2. Divide broccoli into florets and add to chicken.
- 3. Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, and garlic for the sauce.
- 4. Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli and simmer briefly.
- 5. Serve with rice.
