Ingredients
- 300g Chicken Breast
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 EL chipotle in adobo
- 4 tortillas
- 30g Cilantro
- nach Geschmack Salt
- 2 EL Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook chicken, let cool, and shred it.
- 2. Sauté onion in a pan with olive oil until soft.
- 3. Add tomatoes and chipotle and let simmer briefly.
- 4. Add shredded chicken to the sauce and mix well.
- 5. Warm tortillas and top with chicken filling.
- 6. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
