🍛 Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients
- 300g Chicken Breast
- 100g Natural Yogurt
- 1 Onion
- 150g Tomato Puree
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 TL Chili Powder
- handvoll Cilantro
- 50ml Cream
Instructions
- 1. Marinate chicken in yogurt with spices and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 2. Sauté onion until soft, then add tomato puree.
- 3. Grill marinated chicken until cooked through.
- 4. Add grilled chicken to the onion-tomato mixture.
- 5. Stir in cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 6. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
