🍛 Chicken Tikka Masala with Hidden Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 200 g chicken breast
- 100 g cauliflower
- 2 EL tomato paste
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 1 EL curry paste
- 1 onion
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken into cubicles.
- 2. Dice onion and sauté in a pan.
- 3. Add chicken and fry.
- 4. Puree cauliflower and combine with curry paste and tomato paste.
- 5. Add coconut milk and cauliflower mixture, simmer for 15 minutes.
- 6. Serve warm, on rice or with bread.
