🍖 Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
- 300g Chicken Breast
- 100g Peanuts (ground)
- 200ml Coconut Milk
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 EL Sugar
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 EL Lime Juice
- 1 Onion
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken breast into thin strips and marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, cumin, and lime juice for 15 minutes.
- 2. Blend peanuts, coconut milk, and a little water to make the peanut sauce. Season with salt to taste.
- 3. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers and grill on a grill or grill pan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- 4. Arrange skewers on a plate and serve with peanut sauce.
