Ingredients
- 200g chicken breast
- 150g rice noodles
- 1L chicken broth
- 1 onion
- 20g ginger
- 1 Zimtstange cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- 2. Add onion and ginger and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 3. Add chicken to the broth and cook for 15 minutes.
- 4. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 5. Remove chicken, slice it and arrange in bowls.
- 6. Place noodles in bowls and pour broth over them.
