🍗 Quick Chicken Skillet with Tomatoes and Basil

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast fillet
- 300 g Cherry tomatoes
- 15 g Fresh basil
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 2 Stk Garlic cloves
- 15 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Paprika powder (sweet)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicken fillet and pat it dry. Cut into bite-sized pieces (approx. 3 cm).
- 2. Season the chicken pieces in a bowl with salt and paprika powder.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- 4. Fry the chicken pieces for 6 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove chicken from the pan and place on a plate.
- 5. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and chopped garlic to the same pan. Cook for 3 minutes until tomatoes are soft and burst slightly.
- 6. Return the chicken to the pan. Stir in the lemon juice and warm the dish for 1 minute.
- 7. Rub the basil between your fingers to release the aroma and add it to the dish. Serve warm.
