  1. 1. Wash the chicken fillet and pat it dry. Cut into bite-sized pieces (approx. 3 cm).
  2. 2. Season the chicken pieces in a bowl with salt and paprika powder.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Fry the chicken pieces for 6 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove chicken from the pan and place on a plate.
  5. 5. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and chopped garlic to the same pan. Cook for 3 minutes until tomatoes are soft and burst slightly.
  6. 6. Return the chicken to the pan. Stir in the lemon juice and warm the dish for 1 minute.
  7. 7. Rub the basil between your fingers to release the aroma and add it to the dish. Serve warm.
