Ingredients
- 250 g Beef Steak
- 1 Egg
- 100 ml Milk
- 100 g Flour
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- 500 ml Oil
- 1 Prise Spices
Instructions
- 1. Pound the steak flat with a meat tenderizer.
- 2. Beat egg and milk together in a bowl.
- 3. Dredge steak in flour, then in egg mixture, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- 4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- 5. Serve with a sauce of your choice.
