Ingredients
- 300 chicken breast
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 vegetable broth
- 2 olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken into pieces, chop the onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
- 2. Sauté the chicken in a pan with olive oil until golden brown.
- 3. Add vegetables and broth, bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
