Ingredients
- 4 Tortillas
- 200 Cooked Chicken
- 1 Onion
- 1 Green Chili
- 100 Cheese
- 200 Enchilada Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and chili in a pan.
- 2. Shred chicken and add to the onion mixture.
- 3. Fill tortillas with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
- 4. Place enchiladas in a baking dish and cover with sauce.
- 5. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
