- 200 Red Enchilada Sauce
- 100 Cheese
- 1 Onion
- 10 Cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and add chicken.
- 2. Fill tortillas with chicken and roll them up.
- 3. Fill the casserole with sauce and cheese.
- 4. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
- 5. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
