🍗 Aromatic Chicken Cream Pan with Spinach

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Breast
- 200 ml Whole Milk
- 100 g Schm明德 (or Sour Cream)
- 150 g Fresh Spinach
- 100 g Onion
- 2 Stück Garlic Cloves
- 20 g Butter
- 1 g Nutmeg (ground)
- 6 g Salt
- 2 g White Pepper
- 100 g Polenta (dried)
- 400 ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. Cook the polenta in four parts of water (400ml) while stirring until creamy for 8 minutes.
- 3. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 4. Fry the chicken cubes in butter in a large pan until golden brown for 6 minutes.
- 5. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- 6. Sauté the onion in the remaining fat for 3 minutes.
- 7. Add the garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
- 8. Pour the milk and schm明德 into the pan and stir.
- 9. Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
- 10. Add the spinach and stir until wilted.
- 11. Return the chicken to the sauce and season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- 12. Serve the sauce over the polenta in four bowls.
