  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes.
  2. 2. Cook the polenta in four parts of water (400ml) while stirring until creamy for 8 minutes.
  3. 3. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  4. 4. Fry the chicken cubes in butter in a large pan until golden brown for 6 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  6. 6. Sauté the onion in the remaining fat for 3 minutes.
  7. 7. Add the garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
  8. 8. Pour the milk and schm明德 into the pan and stir.
  9. 9. Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  10. 10. Add the spinach and stir until wilted.
