🍲 Chicken Broth with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 300 Chicken
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Celery
- 1 Onion
- 1 Parsley
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1.5 Water
- 1 Salt
Instructions
- 1. Place chicken and vegetables in a large pot.
- 2. Add water and bring to a boil.
- 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
- 4. Strain the broth through a sieve to remove solids.
- 5. Season with salt and add fresh parsley.
- 6. Serve and enjoy!
