Ingredients
- 300 Chicken breast
- 150 quinoa
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 2 Olive oil
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- 2. Cut chicken breast into cubes and marinate with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Dice bell pepper and zucchini.
- 4. Sauté chicken in a pan over medium heat until cooked through.
- 5. Add vegetables and sauté briefly.
- 6. Divide quinoa into bowls and top with chicken-vegetable mix.
