🍖 Chicken and Mushroom Pie

Ingredients
- 250g puff pastry
- 200g chicken breast
- 100g mushrooms
- 100ml cream
- 50g butter
- 1 onion
- 1tl thyme
- 1tl salt
- 1tl pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cube chicken and mushrooms, sauté onion in butter.
- 2. Add chicken and mushrooms and cook until done.
- 3. Stir in cream and spices, let simmer briefly.
- 4. Roll out pastry, line dish, fill with mixture.
- 5. Cover with pastry lid, seal well, and brush with egg.
- 6. Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
